目的:观察灯盏花素对小鼠lewis肺癌放射治疗致机体损害的保护作用。方法:将lewis肺癌细胞接种于C57BL/6小鼠皮下和肺,成瘤后采用灯盏花素联合放疗治疗小鼠,观察肿瘤大小、外周血象、骨髓细胞数、脾细胞中细胞毒T淋巴细胞(CTL)活性、及小鼠存活时间。结果:与未治疗组比较,治疗组均有不同比例的肿瘤生长减慢,但仅单独放疗组骨髓细胞和外周血细胞数减少、脾细胞中CTL活性降低。实验结束时,灯盏花素联合放疗治疗小鼠存活时间最长,单独放疗组虽比未治疗组小鼠存活时间稍长,但无统计学差异。结论:单独放疗对荷瘤小鼠生命延长无实际意义,灯盏花素能保护放疗对机体的损害,与放疗有协同治疗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of breviscapine on the damage induced by radiotherapy in lewis lung cancer mice. Methods: Lewis lung cancer cells were inoculated subcutaneously into the lungs of C57BL / 6 mice. Breast cancer cells were treated with Breviscapine combined with radiotherapy. The tumor size, peripheral blood, bone marrow cells, cytotoxic T lymphocytes ( CTL) activity, and mouse survival time. Results: Compared with the untreated group, all the tumors in the treatment group showed different rates of tumor growth slowed down. However, only the number of bone marrow cells and peripheral blood cells in the radiotherapy group decreased and the CTL activity in the spleen cells decreased. At the end of the experiment, breviscapine combined with radiotherapy had the longest survival time in mice, while the radiotherapy alone group had longer survival time than the untreated group, but there was no significant difference. Conclusion: Radiotherapy alone has no practical significance for prolonging the life of tumor-bearing mice. Breviscapine can protect the body from radiotherapy and has a synergistic effect in treating tumor with radiotherapy.
