分析了厂用电切换动态过程及目前厂用电切换方法存在的不足,提出了厂用电“同期捕捉切换”方式,并在现场实际切换中取得了成功,利用“同期捕捉切换”,结合快速切换,可提高厂用电切换的成功率,减少切换时对电动机及备用变压器的冲击,对发电机组的安全运行具有重要意义。
This paper analyzes the dynamic process of plant electricity switching and the shortcomings of the current plant electricity switching method, puts forward the “same period capture switchover” method of plant electricity, and succeeds in the actual switchover in the field. By using “synchronous catching switch” and combining with rapid Switching, can improve the success rate of power plant switching, reduce the impact on the motor and backup transformer switch, the safe operation of the generator set is of great significance.
