目的 认识套入式胰肠粘膜、粘膜吻合在胰十二指肠切除术中关键作用。方法 通过我院从 1997～ 2 0 0 3年 8例患者应用套入式胰肠粘膜、粘膜吻合胰十二指肠切除术总结。结果 8例患者均应用套入式胰肠粘膜、粘膜吻合胰十二指肠切除术 ,临床效果良好。结论 套入式胰肠粘膜、粘膜吻合胰十二指肠切除无 1例胰瘘发生 ,效果良好。
Objective To understand the key role of intussusception pancreatic mucosa and mucosal anastomosis in pancreatoduodenectomy. Methods From 1997 to 2003, 8 cases of patients with pancreatic enteric mucosa, mucosal anastomosis pancreatoduodenectomy summary. Results 8 cases of patients were applied into the pancreatic and intestinal mucosa, mucosal anastomosis pancreatoduodenectomy, the clinical effect is good. Conclusion There was no pancreatic fistula occluded in pancreatic intestinal mucosa and mucosa anastomosed pancreatoduodenectomy with good results.
