“教育学·心理学”栏目是《辽宁师范大学学报》(社会科学版)的重点栏目。该栏目始终坚持办刊宗旨,依托本省,立足本校,突出优势学科,办出了自己的特色。通过采取定期抛出选题、不定期向高水平作者约稿、对文章取得较好社会效果的作者给予一定的鼓励或奖励等策略,吸引了大批高水平作者的高质量的文稿,不仅使栏目影响扩大了,作者群的层次提升了,而且栏目的转载率也明显提高了,取得较好的社会效果。
“Pedagogy Psychology ” column is “Liaoning Normal University Journal” (Social Science Edition) of the key columns. The column always adhere to the purpose of running a journal, relying on the province, based on the school, highlighting the advantages of disciplines, to run its own characteristics. Some tactics such as encouragement or rewards are given to the author who regularly dismisses the topic from time to time to high-level authors and gives better social effects to the article, attracting high-quality contributions from a large number of high-level authors. The impact has been expanded, the level of the author group has been raised, and the repost rate of the column has also been significantly improved, achieving better social effects.
