在氩气环境下采用微波烧结技术制备了纳米Si3N4增强Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷,考察了纳米Si3N4含量对材料力学性能的影响,利用SEM(BSE)观察了其显微组织。研究表明:纳米氮化硅对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷具有明显的强化作用。添加1.0%纳米Si3N4时,复合材料的力学性能最佳,抗弯强度提高了25.7%,硬度提高了2.0%。这是由于纳米氮化硅的加入促进了Ti(C,N)硬质相的溶解,细化了黑芯和晶粒,形成了较多的白芯-灰壳结构。
The nano-Si3N4 reinforced Ti (C, N) -based cermets were prepared by microwave sintering under argon atmosphere. The effects of nano-Si3N4 content on the mechanical properties were investigated. The microstructure of the composites was observed by SEM (BSE). The results show that nano-silicon nitride has obvious strengthening effect on Ti (C, N) -based cermets. When 1.0% nano-Si3N4 was added, the mechanical properties of composites were the best, flexural strength increased by 25.7% and hardness increased by 2.0%. This is due to the addition of nano-silicon nitride to promote the dissolution of Ti (C, N) hard phase, refining the black core and grains, forming more white-gray shell structure.
