应用耳声发射技术开展新生儿听力筛查1716例初步分析

目的:探讨新生儿听力筛查的影响因素及重要性。方法:利用瞬态诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)在出生后72小时,对1716例新生儿进行听力筛查,对性别,耳别通过数据进行统计学处理,初筛未通过的进行复诊,复诊未通过者,建议进一步检查明确诊断。结果:通过控制测试时机,测试环境,测试技术等外在因素对通过率的影响外本次实验发现耳别与TEOAE通过率间有非常显著统计学差异(P<0.01),而性别与TEOAE通过率间无统计学差异。初筛通过率为88.5%(1519/1716)。复检通过率为95.2%(140/147),其中50人失访。再次未通过者进行电话随访,3例确诊为先天性感音神经性耳聋,4例正常。结论:耳别对TEOAE筛查通过率有影响。新生儿听力筛查是必要的,重要的。 Objective: To explore the influencing factors and importance of newborn hearing screening. Methods: A total of 1716 newborn infants were subjected to hearing screening using transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) at 72 hours after birth. The data of sex and ear were analyzed statistically. Passed, it is recommended further examination to confirm the diagnosis. Results: By controlling the timing of the test, the test environment, the impact of external factors such as test techniques on the pass rate, the results showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.01) No statistical difference between the rates. The screening rate was 88.5% (1519/1716). The re-examination pass rate was 95.2% (140/147), of whom 50 were lost. Again failed to telephone follow-up, 3 cases were diagnosed as congenital sensorineural deafness, 4 cases of normal. Conclusion: Ears do not affect the screening rate of TEOAE. Neonatal hearing screening is necessary and important.
