随着云计算、移动互联网和物联网等新一代网络信息技术的创新和应用普及,人类进入了大数据时代。大数据是一个变革,是一个新浪潮,正在影响着我们的生活、工作甚至思维,改变着各行各业的管理模式和工作方式。将大数据的管理思维和方法运用到人力资源管理的六大模块,能够促进用人制度的信息化和科学化,使人力资源管理更加高效、客观。本文概括性地分析了“大数据”的特点和价值,对大数据在人力资源管理中的具体运用进行了详细地阐述。
With the popularization of the innovation and application of the new generation of network information technologies such as cloud computing, mobile Internet and Internet of Things, mankind has entered the era of big data. Big data is a revolution and a new wave that is affecting our lives, work and even thinking, changing the management and working methods of all walks of life. Applying big data management thinking and methods to the six modules of human resource management can promote the informatization and scientificization of the employment system and make human resources management more efficient and objective.
