本文应用光弹性技术对CA6102型发动机活塞进行了6种方案的应力分析,并对各种工况下活塞裙部直径进行了测量,从而得出结论:销座上方有凹坑的弹性结构比没有凹坑的刚性结构好,裙部加斜筋比不加筋和加直筋为好。
In this paper, six types of stress analysis of CA6102 engine pistons were carried out using photoelasticity technique. The diameter of piston skirt under various operating conditions was measured. It was concluded that the elastic structure with dimples above the pin seats was better than that without The pits of the rigid structure, skirt plus oblique tendons than non-reinforced and plus tendons as well.
