本文运用中医治疗的思路和方法，巧妙运用《伤寒杂病论》的经方治疗精神疾病，并具体分析了栀子豉汤治疗精神分裂症、真武汤治疗躯体化障碍、小柴胡加石膏汤治疗抑郁症病例的诊疗过程及疗效，体现了中医辨证论治的精髓，彰显了中医经方的魅力。“,”In this paper authors artfully used the classical prescription of T reatise on Exogenous Febrile disease and Miscellaneous Disorders to treat mental disor‐ders ,analyzed diagnosis and treatment process and efficacy of Zhizichi Tang in schizophrenia ,Zhenwu Tang in somatization disorder and Xiao Chaihu Tang plus Shigao Tang in depres‐sion ,as reflects the essence of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation and demonstrated the charm of TCM classical prescription .
