目的:了解呼和浩特市地产火锅底料定型包装产品卫生状况,为呼和浩特市食品安全监管提供科学依据。方法:在呼和浩特市流通领域随机抽取地产火锅底料定型包装样品112份,依据企业提供方法进行检测。结果:总合格率为89.3%,不合格项目主要为酸价。结论:国家应尽快出台火锅底料统一卫生标准,加强对火锅底料市场监管。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the hygienic status of stereotyped packaging products of hot pot at the end of Hohhot, and to provide a scientific basis for food safety regulation in Hohhot. Methods: In the circulation field of Hohhot, 112 samples of stereotyped packaging samples of real estate pot were selected randomly and tested according to the methods provided by the enterprises. Results: The total pass rate was 89.3%. The main unqualified items were acid value. Conclusion: The state should promulgated a unified health standards for the pot bottom material as soon as possible to strengthen supervision of the pot bottom material market.
