利用先前的文献资料的方法,对广大的高校进行了量化的分析研究,从而分析总结出一定的研究成果。我国高校的人力资源的开发和管理问题较为显著的是:优劣用人的机制不健全,高校体育的选聘制度化相关建设不够到位合理,以及职后教育的各种制度欠缺,使得资源不能够得到充分的优化配置。因而,我们对于我国的体育人力资源的开发与管理共享度和完善激励机制等提出了一些建议。
