目的比较威海市机采献血者与全血献血者人群特征,为献血者招募提供参考。方法利用血站信息管理系统对无偿献血者信息进行统计整理,利用SPSS18.0统计软件对2013年威海市1674名机采血小板捐献者、32089名全血捐献者人群结构、献血经历和血液检测结果进行分析。结果威海市机采献血者与全血献血者统计指标中,性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、献血经历、血液检测结果差异均具有统计学意义。结论机采献血者中35岁以下年轻男性比例明显高于全血献血者,分析原因与男性身体特征及工作人员针对性招募有关,机采献血者与全血献血者文化程度与职业的差异在于团体献血工作的开展。血站可根据本地特点,因地制宜地制订宣传策略,开展有针对性的招募,可以极大提高招募成功率,使机采献血者队伍进入良性循环。
Objective To compare the characteristics of crowd blood donors and whole blood donors in Weihai City and provide a reference for the recruitment of blood donors.
