目的 研究大蒜素对小鼠胸腺细胞周期进程的影响.方法 将32只清洁级昆明小鼠随机分成4个组,分别为大蒜素高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和生理盐水对照组,每组8只,灌胃14d,灌胃容量为0.1 ml/10 g,7d后将小鼠处死,取胸腺计算胸腺指数并制成胸腺单细胞悬液,用流式细胞仪检测分析胸腺细胞周期情况.结果 实验组与对照组相比胸腺指数均升高(F=6.81,P<0.05),实验组各组之间差异无统计学意义(t<2.15,P>0.05),灌胃大蒜素的小鼠与对照组相比G0/G1期细胞减少(F=16.47,P<0.05),G2/M期细胞增多(F=8.93,P<0.05),S期细胞增多(F=7.17,P<0.05).结论 大蒜素可通过提高胸腺指数、减少G0/G1期细胞的阻滞以及提高G2/M期的比例来提高小鼠机体的免疫力.“,”Objective To study the immunomodulatory effect of Allicin on the cell cycle of murine thymocytes.Methods Forty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups including Allicin high-dose group,medium-dose group,low-dose group and saline control group with ten mice in each group and were gavaged at 0.1 ml/10 g total volume with Allicin or saline once a day for 14 days.A week later,all mice were sacrificed and murine thymuses were collected and homogenized.The thymus index was calculated and the cell cycle of murine thymocytes was analyzed by flow cytometry.Results The thymus indices increased significantly among mice received Allicin compared with controls (F=6.81,P<0.05),while the differences were not statistically significant among mice in each experimental group (t<2.15,P>0.05).Compared to saline control mice,mice received Allicin had lower G0/G1 phase (F=16.47,P<0.05),higher G2/M phase (F=8.93,P<0.05) as well as higher S phase (F=7.17,P<0.05) thymocytes.Conclusions Allicin may improve the murine immunity by increasing thymus index and the percentage of G2/M phase thymocytes,while reducing the retardant in cell cycle of G0/G1 phase.
