株洲市外贸发展长期以来积累的结构性矛盾在2007年金融危机爆发以来充分暴露,外贸发展出现比较大的波动。但总体来说,株洲市进出口商品结构近几年进一步优化,外贸市场开始逐渐呈现多元化格局。要保持进出口持续稳定增长,株洲市外贸转型升级在整体产业结构转型升级中显得尤为重要。通过政府、产业和企业三个层面,重点培植外贸领军企业、打造战略性新兴产业、延伸出口产品价值链,重构出口新增长点等措施,加快提升外贸对全市经济和社会发展的贡献度。 The structural contradictions accumulated in the long-term development of foreign trade in Zhuzhou City have been fully exposed since the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2007, and there has been relatively large fluctuations in the development of foreign trade. However, on the whole, the structure of import and export commodities in Zhuzhou City has been further optimized in recent years and the foreign trade market began to gradually assume a diversified pattern. In order to maintain the sustained and steady growth of import and export, the transformation and upgrading of Zhuzhou’s foreign trade have become particularly important in the overall industrial restructuring and upgrading. At the three levels of government, industry and enterprises, we will focus on fostering leaders in foreign trade, building strategic emerging industries, extending the value chain of export products and restructuring new export growth points so as to speed up the contribution of foreign trade to the city’s economic and social development.
