论述了马钢CSP流程采用RH-LF双联精炼工艺生产超低硫、超低碳洁净钢水的工艺优化和深脱硫条件下的增碳、增氮控制技术。实际生产表明,用RH-LF双联法的CSP流程开发的DDQ-IF钢工艺可以满足批量生产的要求,CSP连浇炉数最高达到12炉,冷轧产品质量满足深冲板的要求。
This paper discusses the technology optimization of carbon steel and nitrogen increasing technology under the condition of deep desulfurization for producing ultra-low sulfur and ultra-low carbon clean molten steel by RH-LF double refining process in CSP process of Masteel. The actual production shows that the DDQ-IF steel technology developed by CSP process of RH-LF double method can meet the requirements of mass production. The number of CSP continuous casting furnace reaches up to 12 furnaces, and the quality of cold rolled products meets the requirements of deep drawing board.
