某金矿L1-2~#矿体16中段-0204-1~#采场围岩破碎,结构稳定性较差,采场地压管理困难。为最大限度的提高矿石回收率、降低贫化率,保证采场作业安全,拟采用下向进路充填采矿法,取代原有的无底柱浅孔留矿采矿法。通过对充填材料试验研究,确定充填料浆配比为水泥∶尾砂∶碎石=1∶6∶10,料浆质量分数为76%时,充填体强度在4.0~6.4MPa之间,达到了预期效果。下向进路充填采矿法的应用提高了矿石回采率,保障了采场作业的安全。
In the middle of L1-2 ~ # orebody 16 of a gold deposit, the surrounding rock of No.204-1 ~ # stope is broken and the structural stability is poor, and the ground pressure of the stope is difficult to manage. In order to maximize the ore recovery rate, reduce the depletion rate, to ensure the safety of stope operations, it is proposed to adopt the downward approach filling mining method to replace the existing non-pillar shallow hole retention mining method. Through the experimental research on the filling material, it is determined that the filling slurry ratio is cement: tailings: crushed stone = 1: 6: 10, and the slurry mass fraction is 76%, the strength of the filling body is between 4.0 and 6.4 MPa, expected result. The application of the downward approach filling mining method has raised the recovery rate of ore and ensured the safety of stope operations.
