简介了4～8 GHz GaAs FET 宽带放大器在已有工作基础上的改进,报导了最终设计定型产品的性能与结果。产品达到的主要电参数指标为:功率增益 G_p=28～33dB,噪声系数 F_n≤4dB。
This paper introduces the improvement of 4 ~ 8 GHz GaAs FET broadband amplifier based on the existing work, and reports on the performance and result of final design stereotyped products. Products to achieve the main electrical parameters indicators: power gain G_p = 28 ~ 33dB, the noise figure F_n ≤ 4dB.
