针对激光校靶系统校准工作中存在的大尺寸空间、小角度难以校准难题,提出了一种组合式几何参量校准方法。辅助夹具的设计,实现了校准器与被校激光发射器之间任意水平角与俯仰角的调节。将全站仪、水准仪及辅助测量设备通过被校参数空间几何函数关系构建校准系统。通过与被校仪器一维方向试验比对,表明该方法可行有效且具有较高的精度;通过对相同仪器的两年内校准结果进行分析,验证该校准方法具有较好的稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of large size space and small angle difficult to calibrate existing in calibration of laser calibration system, a combined geometric calibration method is proposed. The design of the auxiliary fixture enables the adjustment of any horizontal angle and pitch angle between the calibrator and the laser launcher to be calibrated. The total station, level and auxiliary measuring equipment through the calibration parameter space geometric function of the relationship between the construction of the calibration system. The comparison with the one-dimensional direction test of the instrument under calibration shows that the method is feasible and effective and has high precision. The calibration results of two years of the same instrument are analyzed to verify that the calibration method has good stability.
