注水管网是油田系统的重要组成部分,注水管网结垢可以导致污水二次污染,单井注水管线、注水支线堵塞,注水管线频繁穿孔,甚至出现核心零件腐蚀,机泵严重漏失等问题,严重降低了采油率,影响油田的日常工作。针对这一问题,本文简述了注水管网除垢的实际意义及结垢原因,主要介绍了四种注水管网清垢技术:混排工艺清洗技术、疏通球物理除垢技术、化学清垢技术及超声波清垢技术。不仅介绍了四种清垢技术的工作原理,也做出了各自的应用性分析。最后在结语部分给出了针对不同注水管线的实际操作建议。
Water injection pipe network is an important part of oilfield system. Fouling of water injection pipe network can lead to secondary pollution of sewage, single-well water injection pipeline, water injection branch jamming, frequent water injection pipeline perforation, and even core parts corrosion and pump leakage serious problems. Seriously reduce the oil recovery rate, affecting the daily work of the oil field. In response to this problem, this paper describes the actual significance of water pipe network descaling and scaling causes, mainly introduced four kinds of water pipe network dirt removal technology: mixing technology cleaning technology, clear ball physics scale removal technology, chemical clear scale Technology and ultrasonic cleaning technology. Not only introduced the working principle of four kinds of cleaning technology, but also made their own application analysis. Finally, the conclusion part gives the practical advice on different water injection pipelines.
