分析了东风4B型机车用传统的焊接中冷器经常发生漏泄的原因 ,介绍了新型胀接式中冷器的结构特点 ,提出了采用新型胀接式中冷器芯体改造传统中冷器的技术改造方案。通过对两种中冷器所做的性能对比试验 ,证明了新型胀接式中冷器具有明显的降低柴油机排温和油耗的作用 ,推广使用将会带来显著的经济效益。
This paper analyzes the reasons that the leakage of traditional welded intercooler used in DF4B locomotive often occurs. The structural characteristics of the new expansion intercooler are introduced. A new type of expansion joint intercooler core is proposed to transform the traditional intercooler Technical transformation program. By comparing the performance of the two intercooler, it is proved that the new expansion intercooler has the obvious effect of reducing the exhaust temperature and the fuel consumption of the diesel engine, and the promotion of the new type of compressor will bring remarkable economic benefits.
