基于丁氯苯硫脲[N-(4-丁氧苯基)-N′-(4-二甲胺基苯)硫脲]在乙醇的介质中与2,3-二氯-α萘醌作用,反应混合物用醇制氨液碱化,所呈紫色于540毫微米处具有最大吸收,因而可用于微量丁氨苯硫脲的测定,也适用于丁氨苯硫脲片剂的测定。当每毫升反应混合物中含本品20~80微克时最适宜。本法快速,具有±0.473%的重现性,结果较法定方法好。
