中国传统文化内涵极其丰富。中国现代品牌包装设计要继承传统文化的审美原则,把传统文化中的实用价值、文化价值、审美价值融入现代品牌包装设计中,结合时尚理念和设计原则,在创新中实现传统与时尚的完美融通。随着我国经济的持续发展,人们在得到物质满足的同时也渴望追求审美与精神层次上的享受。它需要一种具有文化品味且时尚的商品包装来满足人们的心理需求。全新认识品牌直接关系到与时俱进的包装设计,尤其是我国的品牌更多的都是在走向世界。所以,品牌包装设计越来越注重商品文化的体现。设计师只有在立足传统文化的基础上来把握时尚,才能真正拓展中国品牌文化的发展空间。
