针对于目前组态软件存在逻辑控制与算法开发功能不够完善的问题,提出了一种基于控制策略流程图和有限状态机(FSM)相结合的策略模块设计方法。该方法首先根据控制策略进行流程图绘制,采用有限状态机方法生成相应脚本,利用编译器进行解释执行实现控制策略。软件采用Visual C++平台开发,经该软件生成的系统可根据组态结果直接实现控制策略、实时曲线和工艺流程绘制等功能。最后通过对某回转窑控制系统组态,证明了设计的有效性。
Aiming at the problem that there is not perfect logic control and algorithm development function in the current configuration software, a strategy module design method based on control strategy flowchart and finite state machine (FSM) is proposed. The method first draws the flow chart according to the control strategy, and generates the corresponding script by the finite state machine method, and then uses the compiler to explain and implement the control strategy. Software using Visual C + + platform development, the software generated by the system configuration results can be directly based on the control strategy, real-time curve and process drawing and other functions. Finally, through the configuration of a rotary kiln control system, it proves the validity of the design.
