2014年3月1日,国家人力资源和社会保障部颁布的《劳务派遣暂行规定》开始实行,其中第三条明确规定:“用工单位决定使用被派遣劳动者的辅助性岗位,应当经职工代表大会或者全体职工讨论,提出方案和意见,与工会或者职工代表平等协商确定,并在用工单位内公布。”这是国家赋予职工代表大会制度的又一项权利。根据全国总工会公布的相关数据,自1986年开始建立的职工代表大会制度,对推动国民经济发展,维护职工合法权益,和谐劳动关系等方面都起到了令人瞩目
