目的研究环氧乙烷与二氧化碳混合气体杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和模拟现场消毒试验方法,对环氧乙烷混合气体杀菌效果进行了实验室和模拟现场试验观察。结果在常温常湿条件下,用50 g/m3环氧乙烷混合气体熏蒸24 h,或用100 g/m3的该混合气体熏蒸5 h,对1 m3密闭玻璃柜内菌片上大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率可达90%以上;对菌片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率仅达73%以上。在相同条件下,对集装箱模拟现场消毒效果与上述结果类似。结论环氧乙烷混合气体对集装箱内细菌繁殖体杀灭效果较好,但对细菌芽孢杀灭效果较差,需要改变消毒条件。
Objective To study the bactericidal effect of mixed gas of ethylene oxide and carbon dioxide. Methods The bactericidal effect of ethylene oxide mixed gas was observed by field experiments and simulations using quantitative carrier bactericidal test and simulated field disinfection test. Results Fumigated with 50 g / m3 ethylene oxide mixture for 24 h at room temperature and normal humidity or fumigated with 100 g / m3 mixed gas for 5 h, the colony of Escherichia coli and gold Staphylococcus aureus kill rate of up to 90%; on Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores kill rate of only 73%. Under the same conditions, the disinfection effect on the container simulation site is similar to the above results. Conclusion Ethylene oxide mixed gas has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules in the container, but it has poor killing effect on bacterial spores and needs to change the disinfection conditions.
