王××,女,35岁,1984年3月10日就诊。婚后10年曾自然流产7胎,1～6胎皆于孕3～4个月时出现阴道少量出血,伴腰痛、腹痛下坠,继而流产。流产时阴道排出物为胎盘组织及豆芽大小之胚胎,未见成形胎儿,脐带纤细如丝线。第7胎虽经中西药保胎治疗,仍于孕期4个月时流产。经查男女双方染色体正常Rt阴性。女方内分泌生殖系及男方精液,精子活动率、精子计数及量均正常。
