本文对运动训练理论中的运动负荷进行了分析;运动员训练的成败在于合理、科学安排负荷,其研究可提高运动训练理论,同时也为广大体育工作者所借鉴。
This paper analyzes the sports load in the sports training theory. The success or failure of the athlete training lies in the rational and scientific load-shedding. The research can improve the sports training theory and also draw lessons from the majority of sports workers.
