一、引言 激光显微发射光谱(LMES以下简称激光光谱)问世已将近有二十年的历史,在国内至少也有十五年的历史,我国从六十年代后期到七十年代初期就已有不少单位从事此项工作,尤以地质冶金部门推广较快,普及较广。本技术方法实质上就是以显微激光束为取样手段的一种原子发射光谱分析法,属原子发射光谱法类。我所从东德进口的LMA-1型激光显微光谱分析仪如图1,经过安装,维修,调试后,已开始进行工作。
