“班”是学校教育工作的基层组织,班主任则是班集体的教育者和组织者。一个班的几十名学生是否能够成为德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的一代新人,很大程度取决于班主任工作的好坏。对于一个班主任来说,怎样教育学生热爱学习,善于学习?怎样培养学生的创新能力?怎样促进学生全面认识和估价自己的能力?怎样促进学生的个性发展等都是班主任工作所面临的问题。面对这些问题,班主任应该采取什么样的方法呢?这就是班主任的管理艺术。
“Class” is the grassroots organization of school education, and the class teacher is the educator and organizer of the class. Whether a class of dozens of students can become a new generation of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and laborer development depends largely on whether the class teacher is good or not. For a class teacher, how to educate students to love learning, good at learning? How to cultivate students’ innovative ability?
