作为房屋承载的中心部位,砌体结构的主要构造表现为砖、石和混凝土,因此砌体结构房屋也被称为混合型结构房屋。裂缝问题在砌体结构房屋中的出现不仅降低了房屋的整体性能,同时对于结构承载力也有极其不利的影响。针对砌体结构房屋中细小裂缝的出现,我们往往会忽视它对于房屋整体结构的不良影响,然而长此以往裂缝的不稳定性特征势必会扩大,甚至还会导致严重的墙体坍塌事故,后果不堪设想。本文针对砌体结构房屋裂缝产生的原因和措施进行了深入分析。
