目的评价Flexitime硅橡胶印模材料的临床操作性能。方法对2011年11月至2012年1月于中国医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的60例上颌磨牙单冠修复患者,分别采用Flexitime硅橡胶印模材料(Flexitime组)、Express~(TM)硅橡胶印模材料(Express~(TM)组)和Impregum聚醚橡胶印模材料(Impregum组)单步取模法制取上颌印模,根据操作时间、口内凝固时间和从口内脱模难易程度对3种印模材料的临床操作性能进行综合分析比较。结果 Flexitime组、Express~(TM)组及Impregum组操作时间和口内凝固时间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Flexitime组口内凝固时间与操作时间无相关关系(P>0.05);Express~(TM)组及Impregum组均呈负相关(P<0.01)。Flexitime组及Express~(TM)组与Impregum组口腔内脱模难易程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Flexitime硅橡胶印模材料操作时间短,口内凝固快,且口内凝固时间不受操作时间影响,从口内脱模容易,临床操作性能优越。
Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of Flexitime silicone rubber impression materials. Methods Sixty patients with maxillary molar single crown repaired at the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of China Medical University from November 2011 to January 2012 were treated with Flexitime silicone rubber impression material (Flexitime group), Express TM silicone rubber impression According to the operation time, the clotting time in the oral cavity and the ease of demineralization from the oral cavity, three kinds of implants were prepared according to the single-step impression method of the Impregum group (Express TM group) and Impregum polyether rubber impression material (Impregum group) Impression materials, clinical performance of a comprehensive analysis and comparison. Results Flexitime group, Express ~ (TM) group and Impregum group had significant difference in operation time and intraoral clotting time (P <0.01). Flexitime group intraoral coagulation time and operation time was not related (P> 0.05); Express ~ (TM) group and Impregum group were negative correlation (P <0.01). Flexitime group and Express ~ (TM) group and Impregum group oral intramuscular release difficulty difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Flexitime silicone rubber impression material has short operation time, fast intraoral coagulation, and intraoral clotting time is independent of operation time. It is easy to release from the mouth and has superior clinical operation performance.
