采用扫描电镜观察、粉末镶嵌试样、XRD和模压成形等方法,研究了置氢对TC4合金粉末颗粒形貌、表面状态、显微硬度、显微组织、相组成和压制性能等的影响.结果表明:置氢TC4粉末颗粒形貌为不规则状,粉末基本由亮相α相及暗相β相组成,颗粒显微组织呈片状、针状和板条状.随置氢量的增大,置氢TC4粉末显微硬度总体上趋于降低;α相逐渐减少,β相逐渐增多,置氢量达到0.32%(质量分数)时出现少量的针状α″相,置氢量为0.42%和0.46%时组织为明显的板条状(δ氢化物);粉末的压缩性能逐渐变好,成形性能逐渐变差,置氢量0.46%的TC4粉末的压制性能最好.
The effects of hydrogen on the morphology, surface state, microhardness, microstructure, phase composition and pressing properties of TC4 alloy powders were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, powder inlaid samples, XRD and compression molding. The results show that the morphology of hydrogen-absorbing TC4 powder particles is irregular, the powder phase consists mainly of phase α and phase β, and the microstructure of the particles is flaky, acicular and lath- The microhardness of the TC4 powder tends to decrease as a whole; the α phase decreases gradually and the β phase increases gradually; a small amount of acicular α "phase appears when the hydrogen content reaches 0.32% (mass fraction) 0.46%. The compression performance of the powder becomes better and the formability deteriorates gradually. The TC4 powder with 0.46% hydrogen content has the best compression property.
