“另类学生”是指不符合大部分学生正常学习、生活、社交等规律,有自己独特的思维想法和行为的学生。“另类学生”的教育是高职高专学校辅导员工作中最棘手,最难处理的问题,这类学生理应付出更多的关注与重视。本文以笔者辅导员工作中的真实案例,从心理类、行为类、外界因素类三方面阐述“另类学生”的特殊表现,教育工作过程中所采取的措施,和由此产生的效果,以此阐明辅导员老师对于“另类学生”的教育不仅体现于自身的工作智慧和技巧,更需要付出的真诚与耐心。 “Alternative students ” refers to students who do not meet most students’ normal learning, living and social habits and have their own unique thinking and behaviors. “Alternative students ” education is the most difficult and difficult problem of counselors work in higher vocational colleges, such students should pay more attention and attention.
