外源DNA直接导入植物的技术理论基础来源于国内广泛的远缘杂交科学实验活动,由生物化学家周光宇先生提出DNA片段杂交假说,根据假说,确立了通过花粉管通道导入外源DNA的技术。国内将此技术广泛应用于农业育种,从抗病、抗虫、抗盐、品质、光合效率等多个方面,在棉花、水稻、小麦、大豆、高粱、豇豆、白菜、茄子、黄瓜、烟草、油菜以及林木等40多种植物上获得理想育种效果,有5种作物培育出14个品种。并介绍了外源DNA导入技术的内涵和理论研究的几个方面。
The theoretical basis of direct introduction of exogenous DNA into plants originated from a wide range of distant hybridization experiments in China. The biochemical scientist Mr. Zhou Guangyu proposed the DNA fragment hybridization hypothesis. Based on the hypothesis, the technique of introducing exogenous DNA through pollen tube channels was established . This technique is widely used in agricultural breeding in our country. From cotton, rice, wheat, soybean, sorghum, cowpea, cabbage, eggplant, cucumber, tobacco, Rape and trees and more than 40 kinds of plants to obtain the desired effect of breeding, there are 5 kinds of crops to cultivate 14 varieties. And introduce the connotation and theoretical research of exogenous DNA introduction several aspects.
