随着我国市场经济的加速推进和现代化建设进程的加快,建设工程规模也逐步扩大。在项目施工的管理过程中受各种条件限制的情况下暴露了一些薄弱环节,尤其是安全措施上不到位,成本控制和监督检查落实情况不到位的问题。这些问题不仅影响了项目施工的开展,也制约了工程进度及管理效果。本文针对这些存在问题提出了相应的应对措施:建立安全管理配套设施;做好项目成本管理工作;完善法律法规,落实监督管理。
With the acceleration of China’s market economy and the acceleration of the process of modernization, the scale of construction projects has also been gradually expanded. Under the condition of various conditions during the process of project construction management, some weak links have been exposed, especially the problems of inadequate safety measures, lack of cost control and supervision and inspection implementation. These problems not only affect the project construction, but also restrict the project progress and management effectiveness. In this paper, we put forward corresponding countermeasures for these existing problems: setting up safety management facilities; doing project cost management; improving laws and regulations and implementing supervision and management.
