通过分析矿井液压振动筛的机械原理,建立了振动筛的动力学模型,简化了传统的三质体、六自由度的计算模式,提出了二自由度筛机数学模型,利用计算机仿真软件MATLAB对液压振动筛的两个独立参数进行了关系模拟,最后得出了液压振动筛最佳分选效果的激振器频率和筛机振幅。通过实际应用验证了两个参数取值的有效性,为今后的煤矿机械发展奠定了基础。
By analyzing the mechanical principle of the mine hydraulic vibrating screen, the dynamic model of the vibrating screen is established, the calculation mode of the traditional three-plastid and six degrees of freedom is simplified, the mathematical model of two degrees of freedom sieve machine is proposed, and the computer simulation software MATLAB The two independent parameters of the hydraulic shaker were simulated. Finally, the vibration frequency and screen amplitude of the vibrator with the best separation performance were obtained. The validity of the value of the two parameters is verified through practical application, which lays the foundation for the development of coal mine machinery in the future.
