作者一旦将论文稿件投至科技期刊后,就要尽义务履行所投期刊的稿约规定。 如目前许多科技期刊再三申明:来稿请勿一稿两投;几个月内未收到本刊采用通知者,可将稿件自行处理,双方另有约定者除外。但有些作者发表论文心切,投稿后即将同一稿件抄写或复印多份,同时或近期(未按期刊稿约中规定的时间)向多家期刊投稿。还有一些作者为追求“广种博收”,多得稿酬,将已投出的稿件,略改一下内容或换个标题,或换个“笔名”,又投出去。这些都是不负责任且带有投机性的行为,往往会带采不良的后果;严重的还会就此使个人的声誉扫地。 Once the author has submitted the manuscript to the sci-tech periodical, it is obliged to fulfill the draft articles of the cast. For example, many scientific and technological journals repeatedly state that: the manuscript should not be submitted in duplicate; and if the manuscript has not been accepted within a few months, the manuscript may be handled by itself, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. However, some authors are eager to publish their papers. Submitted or copied multiple copies of the same manuscript will be submitted to multiple journals at the same time or in the near future (without the time stipulated in the scheduled manuscript). Some writers have pursued “wide acceptance” and got more remuneration. Some of the manuscripts that have already been submitted will be slightly changed in content or changed to a new title, or another “pen name” will be thrown out. These are irresponsible and speculative behaviors, often with negative consequences; serious ones can discredit individuals.
