从某种角度看,经济谈判的过程,就是谈判双方信息的充分传递与交流的过程.而各种信息又是借助语言(广义语言)来完成的,语言担当着人们交流信息的工具.既然如此,从追求谈判成功的角度看,很好地运用语言工具为谈判者表达思想、沟通感情、满足要求等服务显得非常重要.事实正是这样,为什么同样的谈判,甲参与就可以促其成功,乙参与就会导致失败;同样的思想表达,出自甲之口,对方欣然接受,出自乙之口,对方会暴跳如雷,其间皆因语言艺术的运用水平差异.因此,本文试图就经济谈判中的语言运用技巧问题作一集中探讨.
From a certain point of view, the process of economic negotiation is the process of full communication and exchange of information between the negotiating parties. Various kinds of information are completed by means of language (broad language). Language plays a role as a tool for people to exchange information. From the perspective of pursuing a successful negotiation, it is very important to use language tools to express good services for negotiators such as expressing ideas, communicating feelings, and meeting requirements. The fact is, why the same negotiation can promote its success, B’s participation leads to failure; the same ideological expression comes from A’s mouth, the other party readily accepts it, and from B’s mouth, the other party will be thundering, due to differences in the level of use of language arts. Therefore, this paper attempts to talk about language in economic negotiations. Use skills to make a focused discussion.
