太阳能光伏水泵技术已经比较成熟,但其能否大规模推广用于草场灌溉和生态修复,资源和环保领域争议极大,争论的焦点是水资源的可持续利用和相关的技术经济问题。文中基于可持续发展的理念和青海湖太阳能提水灌溉试验区的研究成果,从水资源的视角提出了太阳能光伏水泵提水灌溉修复草场的降水量、地下水埋深、地表水供水距离、微喷灌水质和地表坡度五个方面的要求。相关成果可以为太阳能提水灌溉技术示范区域遴选和技术经济评价提供技术参考,具有实践意义和应用价值。
Solar photovoltaic pump technology is already relatively mature, but whether it can be widely promoted for pasture irrigation and ecological restoration is extremely controversial in the field of resources and environmental protection. The debate is focused on the sustainable utilization of water resources and related technical and economic issues. Based on the concept of sustainable development and the research results of Qinghai Lake solar water-lifting irrigation experimental area, the paper presents the solar water pump irrigation watering irrigation grassland to restore precipitation, groundwater depth, surface water supply distance, micro-sprinkler irrigation Water quality and surface gradient five requirements. Relevant achievements can provide technical reference for the selection of solar energy demonstration areas for water-saving irrigation technology and technical and economic evaluation, which has practical significance and application value.
