目的:研究硅烷化玻璃酸酯复合物(silanol hyaluronic acid compound,SHAC)的黏度测定方法。方法:采用Kinexus旋转流变仪测定不同分子量SHAC的剪切黏度,确定测定参数,进行精密度试验,并与旋转黏度计法进行比较。结果:本研究以CP2/40不锈钢锥板为夹具,剪切速率为1 s~(-1),温度(25±0.1)℃的条件下测定其剪切黏度,精密度RSD不大于3.6%,与旋转黏度计的测定结果相比,高分子量SHAC的测定数据二者较为接近。结论:该方法精密度高,简便快捷,适用于SHAC的黏度测定。
Objective: To determine the viscosity of silanol hyaluronic acid compound (SHAC). Methods: The shear viscosity of SHAC with different molecular weight was determined by Kinexus rotary rheometer. The determination parameters were determined and the precision test was carried out. The comparison was made with the rotary viscometer method. Results: In this study, the shear viscosity of CP2 / 40 stainless steel cone plate was measured at a shear rate of 1 s ~ (-1) and a temperature of (25 ± 0.1) ℃. The precision RSD was not more than 3.6% Compared with the results of rotary viscometer, the measured data of high molecular weight SHAC are close to each other. Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and quick and suitable for the determination of SHAC viscosity.
