Ronningen-petter公司开发的ReactogardⅢ型逆洗式过滤器,采用常压、减压残油及减压轻油的氢化脱硫,分解装置的输送过滤对于防止触媒床的闭塞及触媒劣化抑制起到很大作用。我国在1967年,在世界刚建成的UOP公司RCD工艺指导下,已经取得85台含有1400多根的运转好成绩。近年,随着输入原油性质变化,设备的运转条件趋向于残酷化。与此对应的完全自动化和维护迅速的ReactogardⅢ型逆洗式过滤器,可以把原油中的混入固体成分、金属成分及各种异物除去,脱硫、分解装置的运转效率提高。逆洗式过滤器的基本构想。
