对应用高温空气燃烧技术的W型蓄热式辐射管进行了实验研究,重点研究了辐射管沿长度方向温度分布的规律。实验结果表明,W型蓄热式辐射管不仅比使用常规燃烧器的辐射管在节能、环保和加热均匀性方面具有很大优势,而且比U型蓄热式辐射管更节能。
The W type regenerative radiant tube with high temperature air combustion technology is studied experimentally, and the law of the temperature distribution along the length of the radiant tube is studied emphatically. The experimental results show that the W-type regenerative radiant tube not only has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection and heating uniformity, but also is more energy-efficient than the U-shaped radiant tube than the conventional one.
