根据预想的活塞运动特性,优化和改进了往复泵动力端的运动规律,将静止-匀加速运动-正弦运动-匀速运动有机结合,设计出新型凸轮结构。探讨了凸轮式四缸单作用往复泵运动特性,采用2个凸轮、4个单作用活塞缸实现流量的恒定输入和输出,凸轮式四缸单作用往复泵具有流量高、冲程短、扭矩低、结构简单、易加工的特点。
According to the expected piston movement characteristics, the movement law of the reciprocating pump dynamic end is optimized and improved, and the new cam structure is designed by combining the static-uniform acceleration-sinusoidal movement-uniform movement. This paper discusses the movement characteristics of the cam four-cylinder single-action reciprocating pump.
