目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优化姜炭的炮制工艺。方法:采用砂烫法以炮制温度、药材厚度、炮制时间为自变量,吸附力、鞣质含量、6-姜辣素含量和6-姜烯酚含量的总评“归一值”为评价指标,对自变量各水平进行多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用效应面法筛选最佳炮制工艺,并进行预测分析。结果:二项式拟合复合相关系数较高,总评“归一值”为0.870,最佳炮制工艺为炮制温度310℃,药材厚度0.55 cm,炮制时间15.5 min。最佳工艺验证结果与二项式拟合方程预测值偏差为-2.59%。结论:利用星点设计-效应面法优化姜炭提取工艺,方法简便,预测性良好。
Objective: To optimize the processing technology of ginger charcoal by the method of star point design and response surface method. Methods: The sand scalding method was used to evaluate the temperature, medicinal thickness, processing time as the independent variable, adsorption force, tannin content, 6-gingerol content and 6-shogaol content Index, multiple linear regression and binomial fitting of each level of the independent variables, screening the best processing technology by effect surface method, and forecasting and analyzing. Results: The binomial fitted compound correlation coefficient was higher, the total rating “normalized value” was 0.870. The optimum processing conditions were concoction temperature 310 ℃, thickness 0.55 cm and processing time 15.5 min. The deviation between the best process verification result and the binomial fitting equation is -2.59%. Conclusion: The method of star design-response surface optimization of ginger charcoal extraction process, the method is simple, good predictability.
