改革开放30年来,我国人力资源管理取得了显著的成就。但与国家经济形势的需要和发达国家相比,还存在明显的缺陷,突出地表现在以下几个方面:我国人力资源对经济的贡献率低,潜力远远没有发挥出来;对人力资源管理的重视程度不足,尚未上升到“战略管理”阶段;人力资源管理水平不高,尚未形成“专业化”管理;对人才只重使用不重开发,忽视对员工素质的培养;以人为本的管理理念和企业文化尚需加强。
In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, China’s human resources management has made remarkable achievements. However, compared with the needs of the national economic situation, there are still obvious shortcomings as compared with the developed countries, which are highlighted in the following aspects: the contribution rate of our country’s human resources to the economy is low, and the potential is far from being realized; the emphasis on human resource management The level of human resource management is not high enough, and the degree of human resource management is not high yet, there has not yet been a “specialization” management; the heavy use of talents has not been re-developed, the quality of staff has been neglected; the people-oriented management Idea and corporate culture need to be strengthened.
