以新疆常栽的6个加工番茄品种幼苗作为试材,分别在NaCl浓度为0,100,150,200,250,300mmol/L胁迫下测定其叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量,综合评价6个加工番茄品种的抗盐性。结果表明,随NaCl浓度的增加,各加工番茄细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和脯氨酸含量均显著增加,叶绿素含量均显著下降;低盐浓度(100,150mmol/L)和短期盐胁迫对植物生长有一定促进作用,但在200mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,各生理指标变化明显,NaCl浓度≥250mmol/L时植物出现死亡,初步推断加工番茄的耐盐阈值在200mmol/L左右。6个加工番茄品种抗盐性能力由强到弱依次为:农家小番茄、红果3号、精选87-5、天红666、红宝石3号、新引98-1。
The seedlings of six processing tomato varieties planted in Xinjiang were used as test materials. The results showed that the cell membrane permeability, malondialdehyde content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and proline content increased significantly with the increase of NaCl concentration, while the chlorophyll content decreased significantly. Low salt concentration (100,150 mmol / L) and short-term salt stress promoted the growth of plants. However, under the stress of 200mmol / L NaCl, the physiological indexes changed obviously. When the NaCl concentration was more than 250mmol / L, the plants died. The salt tolerance threshold of processed tomato was preliminarily estimated to be 200mmol / L or so. The resistance of 6 processed tomato varieties from strong to weak was as follows: farmhouse tomato, red fruit 3, selection 87-5, red 666, ruby 3, new lead 98-1.
