随着经济的不断发展,我国的工业用煤量也在不断的增长,但是,煤炭作为不可再生的能源,只会越用越少,所以,在工业用量和实际的储存量之间产生了新的矛盾,如何节约用煤,有效充分的利用能源成了现今世界各国面临的严峻挑战。传统的正转链条炉的给煤装置采用的原理是从高位煤仓直接经过煤斗落到炉排上,而造成的结果就是煤层较为厚实,通风性很差,一部分煤炭不能充分燃烧,不仅浪费煤炭能源,而且利用率的效果也不好,因此,本文结合正转链条炉煤炭燃烧特点,不足,引出对于分层燃烧的技术的深入阐述,包括采用分层燃烧的原因及如何实施分层燃烧和注意事项。
