去年,我半路接了一年级计算机班的班主任。由于学生刚换班主任,再加上自己经验不足,所以看到学生的一些坏习惯,比如迟到、说话,就容易在课堂上发脾气,狠狠批评学生。但其中有的学生不服气,还会出现顶嘴的现象,有时弄得自己很难堪,也大大降低了批评教育的效果。在以后的教育教学工作中,我开始不断地反省自己。经过自己的不断努力,也摸出一点门道。以下,是我在教学实践中的几点做法。一、抓住批评学生的最佳时机我们都有亲身体会,做任何事情,如果把握好了时机,那将是事半功倍。同样,对学生进行批评也要注意抓最好的时间,从而取得最佳的教育效果。但是,最好的批评时机,不一定是在学
