教师的发展是教育发展的前提或基础,没有教师的发展,素质教育就是一句空话,也谈不上有教育的全面发展。改革开放30年来,江西高中教师队伍建设和教师专业发展都取得了可喜的成绩,但也存在许多问题,如学历合格率低,专业水准不高,职称结构不合理,教育理念与手段滞后等。笔者认为,改变这种状况需从以下几方面着手:构建教育科研机制,鼓励教师进行教学研究;注重教师反思习惯与能力的培养,建立教师主体的发展体系;加大政府投入,改善学校软硬件设施;构建良好的学校内部支持系统,促进教师专业发展;加快师范教育改革,培养适应素质教育的高素质高中教师。
The development of teachers is the prerequisite or basis for the development of education. Without the development of teachers, quality education is an empty talk and there is no mention of the all-round development of education. In the 30 years of reform and opening up, there have been gratifying achievements in the construction of teachers’ ranks and professional development of teachers in Jiangxi high schools. However, there are still many problems such as the low qualification of academic qualifications, low professional standards, unreasonable professional titles and lags in educational philosophy and means. The author believes that to change this situation we must start from the following aspects: to build education and scientific research mechanism to encourage teachers to conduct teaching and research; pay attention to the training of teachers’ reflective habits and abilities; to establish a system of development of teachers; to increase government investment and improve school hardware and software Facilities; build a good school internal support system to promote the professional development of teachers; accelerate teacher education reform, training of high quality high school teachers to adapt to quality education.
