当归抗癌合剂 (当归补血汤 :莪术水煎剂按 3:1比例 )对荷瘤鼠进行连续胃饲治疗 15 d,观察其抑瘤率、对免疫器官的影响及免疫学指标的改变。结果表明 :当归抗癌合剂的抑瘤率可达 6 4.32 % ,显著高于单用当归补血汤及莪术组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,并能够显著提高荷瘤鼠的脾、胸腺指数 ;与盐水对照组相比 ,当归抗癌合剂可以增强荷瘤鼠 NK/ M细胞的杀伤能力 (P<0 .0 1) ,其增强程度高于单用当归补血汤及莪术组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;当归抗癌合剂还能够诱导产生 γ- IFN,降低荷瘤鼠体内 TNF- a水平。以上结果提示了当归补血汤和莪术的配伍使用可显著提高各单方的抑瘤能力。
Angelica anti-cancer mixture (Danggui Buxue Decoction: Curcuma decoction decoction by 3:1 ratio) was used for continuous gastrectomy for tumor-bearing mice for 15 days. The rate of tumor inhibition, effects on immune organs, and changes in immunological parameters were observed. The results showed that the anti-tumor rate of Danggui Kangai Mixture was up to 6.43%, which was significantly higher than that of Danggui Buxue Decoction and Zhizhu Group (P<0.05), and it could significantly increase the spleen and thymus index of tumor-bearing mice. Compared with saline control group, Danggui Kangai Mixture could enhance the killing capacity of tumor-bearing mice NK/M cells (P<0.01), and its enhancement was higher than that of Danggui Buxue Decoction and Zhizhu Group alone (P<0). .0 5 ) ; Angelica anti-cancer mixture can also induce the production of γ-IFN, reduce tumor-bearing mice TNF-a levels. The above results suggest that the combination use of Danggui Buxue Decoction and Curcuma can significantly improve the ability of each unilateral anti-tumor.
